Once an order has been placed it approximately takes shoezooshoes 1 to 3 business days to process an order.
The processing time is subject to change if there are any complications with the order.

Orders ship Monday through Friday only. shoezooshoes recognizes most national holidays. During those days
our shipping department will be closed and no orders will be processed or shipped.

Shoezooshoes is happy to offer expedited services. Any expedited orders placed and paid after 3 PM EST
(noon PST) on Friday will not ship until the following business day (Monday).

USPS is prohibited and will not make any address changes; therefore, ensure that you are providing with accurate

We try to ship as fast as we can and once we ship, we will not stop delivery for any cancellation or incorrect
shipping address or item. It is the customer's responsibility to verify the order confirmation once the order

Normal delivery time for Priority International Mail packages is 10-30 business days, depending on the final destination.

We can combine shipping for multiple items. We will allow the maximum of 4 qty per order/shipment. Please send us

International Taxes and Duty Fees
The customer accepts the responsibility for any International taxes, duties or other fees which may be charged upon delivery.

Refusal of package upon delivery for any reason

Returns must be received within 30 days of delivery date.
Return products must be in new/unworn condition and in the original shoe box.
Returns not in new condition are subject to refusal.

Original shipping is non-refundable.
Return shipping is to be covered by the customer.
A 10% per item restocking fee will apply to all returns, unless the product is defective or the return is the direct result of a shoezoo error.
